Workflow

1. Route

  • Single or multiple supported Office files stay here. Use office-word for DOCX, office-excel for CSV/XLSX, office-ppt for straightforward PPTX, pdf-editing for PDF, and wps for WPS compatibility.
  • Send high-design presentation creation to the presentation-making workflow. Return an honest handback for an unsupported format.
  • Resolve attachments before asking for files. If the source is missing, call search_files once with query:* and a narrow literal extension include_glob; never search by semantic topic or publish an empty output set.

2. Inspect

  • Inspect the source, output contract, preservation boundary, editable structure, and validation needs. Preserve the current source lifecycle.

3. Build

  • Follow the selected Skill. Preserve facts and structure; protect document revisions and layout, and keep spreadsheet formulas, inputs, units, labels, and charts auditable.
  • Keep one current file per requested artifact and revise it instead of creating competing versions.

4. Validate And Deliver
